January Birthstone: Garnet
Garnet is a crystal that is often a beautiful deep red colour.
Geology: it can exist in green as well as the red colour it is most known for. Green garnet is named grossularite.
Metaphysically: garnet is great for encouraging you to remain stable while still pouring love into yourself and those around you.
